Many of us have a habit of brinigng work to home in order to get those special incentives, but remember that this will give you money, but will not give you the satisfaction as you will not be able to spend the quality time with your family. Money is important, but how much importance you should give to it that you must decide.

3. Take adequate amount of sleep is also a necessary part in order to be well on the professional or personal front. If you take adequate amount of sleep then you would be able to cope up with the stress pretty easily and finally this would help you to manage your daily task easily as you would not be stressed.

4. Avoid extra working hours. Generally we tend to wait for some extra time in our office to complete our work, but this makes us more tired. As a result we reach home late, then eat late, and sleep late. We are unable to give time to our family. Certainly you mess with your schedule, which adversely affects your health. So, please keep away from this habit if you plan to manage your work and life.

5. Give time to your hobbies or the things you life. If you don’t give this an adequate importance then you may get bored with your daily life routine and one day it will take toll on your health. Once you start doing the activity you like then it makes you feel happy, which helps you to combat the daily stress and tensions. Ultimately you are able to manage your life and work.

6. Do meditation, this will help you to keep your mind calm. This will help you to think about anything in a very secular way and you would be able to manage the work and life pretty easily. Due to the meditation you will feel less stressed and more energetic. As a result you would be able to cope up with the work pressure with an ease.
