1. Walk Daily for 20 minutes.
2. Drink adequate amount of water daily.
3. Eat Balanced diet.
4. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet regime.
5. Take a bath twice in a day, this helps to keep your skin healthy.
6. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours.
7. Avoid stress and tensions. I know hard to do it. But, still you can manage them.
8. Do meditation to combat stress and tensions.
9. Take 3 to 4 meals in a day that too rich in the protein content as it boosts immunity.
10. Practice yoga.
11. Join the aerobics class.
12. Avoid the intake of the fast food in excess.
13. Eat spoon full of honey twice in a week.
14. Plan your daily activities and take adequate time to rest.
15. Avoid working extra hours.
16. Spend time with the family as it helps you to overcome mental stress.
17. Don't sit in front of the computer or television for more than a hour.
18. Keep your weight under control.
19. Give time to your hobbies, this helps you to overcome the stress and tensions.
20. Do swimming. If you don't know it then it is worth learning it.
